PENGARUH PRILAKU KEPEMIMPINAN TUTOR BK DAN IKLIM BELAJAR TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN KARAKTER PESERTA DIDIK DI SKB LIMBOTO GORONTALO

ABSTRACT


This study aimed to determine the effect of behavioral counseling teacher leadership and school climate on student character development in the SKB Limboto Gorontalo.

The results showed: 1) In accordance with the statistical hypothesis that the relationship between leadership behavior with Character Development using product moment correlation technique ry.1 correlation coefficient = 0.892> rtabel (rtabel = 0.113 at α = 0.05 and 0.148 at α = rtabel = 0,01). Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, it means that there is a significant positive relationship between Leadership Behaviors (X1) and Character Development (Y). 2) In accordance with the statistical hypothesis that the relationship between the School Climate Character Development using product moment correlation technique ry.2 correlation coefficient = 0.656> rtabel (rtabel = 0.113 at α = 0.05 and rtabel = 0.148 at α = 0.01 ). Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, it means that there is a significant positive relationship between school climate (X2) and Character Development (Y). 3) In accordance with the statistical hypothesis that the relationship between Leadership Behaviors (X1) and School Climate (X2) together with the Character Development (Y) using the product moment correlation technique ry.2 correlation coefficient = 0.894> rtabel (rtabel = 0.113 at α = 0.05 and rtabel = 0.148 at α = 0,01). Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, it means that there is a significant positive relationship between Leadership Behaviors (X1) and School Climate (X2) together with the Character Development (Y). Contribution of leadership behavior (X1) and School Climate (X2) together with the Character Development (Y) is calculated based on the coefficient of determination r2 = (ry.1.2) 2 = 0.933. Means leadership behavior variables (X1) and School Climate (X2) form a contribution of 93.33% to the Character Development (Y).
