ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh Latihan fisik terprogram dalam meningkatkan komponen fisik dominan pada mahasiswa smester 2 kelas B dan D jurusan Pendidikan keolahragaan pada sampel sebanyak 14 orang yang di latih selama dua bulan dengan volume latihan 3 kali dalam seminggu menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one group pre test and post test design. Hasil Perolehan data yang didapatkan melalui uji analisis statistic pengaruh menggunakan rumus uji t kekuatan lengan sebesar 14, kekuatan otot perut sebesar13.57, kekuatan otot tungkai 9.812, daya tahan 7.125, power 9.73, kelincahan sebesar 6 dan kecepatan 0.17 sedangkan tdaftar 1.771 dengan kriteria pengujian bahwa tolak : Jika thitung > ttabel pada ? = 0,05; n – 1. Jadi untuk kekuatan, daya tahan, power dan kelincahan berada di dalam penerimaan ha, dan kecepatan berada di luar penerimaan ha. Oleh sebab itu, hipotesis penelitian dapat terjawab dan di simpulkan bahwa latihan fisik kekuatan, daya tahan, power, dan kelincahan dapat meningkatkan komponen fisik dominan, dan untuk latihan fisik kecepatan tidak dapat meningkatkan komponen fisik dominan dalam permainan bola voli pada mahasiswa putri kelas B dan D jurusan Pendidikan Keolahragaan. TOWARD IMPROVEMENT OF VO2Max BOXING SHADOW BOXING

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the Shadow Boxing exercise had on increasing VO2Max in boxing. The method used in this research is experiment. The design used is a One group Pre-test-post test design. The sample of this research was conducted on sixth semester students of Sport Coaching Education, amounting to seven students. Based on the results of the study, the average increase in maximum aerobic endurance capacity or VO2Max is before being given Shadow Boxing training by 24.3 and after being given Shadow Boxing training by 31.78. This proves that the Shadow Boxing exercise gives positive impact on VO2Max. hence, this exercise can be recommended to be added as a special portion of the exercise menu for boxers who have problems with poor aerobic capacity.

Abstract

The research aims to provide a program of influence on the improvement of the dominant physical component in volleyball sports, the dominant physical component in question consisting of arm muscle strength, abdominal muscle strength, leg muscle strength, heart-lung endurance, and leg muscle explosion power. This type of research is experimental research, with the research design of One Group Pre-Test and Post-Test Design. The sample and population in this study were all male volleyball players from FOK-UNG with a total of 15 people. Treatment in this study is an exercise program that includes strength training, and heart-lung endurance performed 24 times. Based on the results of the study showed that there was a significant increase in each variable of the dominant physical component after being given the treatment program treatment.
