THE DEVELOPMENT OF VIDEO AS A GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING MEDIA TO DEVELOP STUDENT CREATIVITY

Abstract
The limited learning media also affects the efforts of teachers to develop student creativity. On the basis of this condition, it is deemed necessary to develop a creativity development video that can be used by teachers, so that education as an effort to develop student potential optimally can achieve the expected results. In addition to being a medium used by the teacher, the video is meant to be used by students independently. This study aims to produce videos as a medium of guidance and counseling for the development of creativity of junior high school students. This study uses development research based on the stages of research by Sugiono. This study uses a quisioner as a data collection technique. Research activities include: (1) identifying problems in the field related to creativity development activities carried out by junior high school teachers, (2) analyzing the substance of the activity, (4) developing the initial video design, (5) developing expert validation instruments on the initial video design that has been developed , (6) carry out expert validation and revisions, (7) carry out small group trials and revise the final product. This research and development has produced a creativity development video that has gone through expert validation and small group trials, in the sense that it is suitable for use by teachers as a medium in developing the creativity of junior high school students.

ANALISIS TINGKAT RELIGIUSITAS PADA MAHASISWA YANG MENGIKUTI ORGANISASI

Abstract
This study is aims to describe of religious level by students who follow the organization. The study uses a quantitative descriptive study method. The withdrawal of samples in this research uses sampling, by cluster sampling techniques. The findings suggest that the religiosity of the student who attends the organization falls at a high rating of 28%, and a high category of 66%. This suggests that most research subjects have high religious levels. Therefore, effort is required for students who join the organization to maintain religiosity

PELAYANAN BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN INTERAKSI SOSIAL SISWA DI MASA COVID 19

Abstract
Bimbingan dan konseling sosial di sekolah memiliki tugas penting dalam mengoptimalkan kemampuan siswa, salah satu keterampilan sosial yaitu interaksi sosial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji hubungan pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konseling sosial dengan kemampuan interaksi sosial. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional dan angket sebagi instrumen pengumpul data. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa SMA Se Kota Gorontalo dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 180 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket tertutup dengan mengunakan model skala Likert. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Pearson Correlation. Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan nilai r = 0,536 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti bahwa terdapat hubungan pelaksanaan bimbingan konseling sosial secara signifikan terhadap interaksi sosial siswa, maka dengan ini hipotesis penelitian diterima.

KESIAPAN PENERAPAN PEMBELAJARAN AKTIF, KREATIF DAN MENYENANGKAN BAGI ANAK USIA DINI DI ERA NEW NORMAL

Abstract
In order to organize learning during the new normal era, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, various suitable strategies are needed in order to create active, creative, and fun learning. Therefore, this study aims to determine the readiness of Early Childhood educators in conducting face-to-face learning (PTM) in the new academic year 2021/2022. A total of ten teachers and staff were invited to conduct interviews and fill out a questionnaire related to face-to-face learning. The results show that as many as the majority of teachers and staff are ready to welcome face-to-face learning which will start in the new academic year 2021/2022, as many as 9 out of 10 stated their readiness. This readiness is inseparable from the availability of facilities and infrastructure that are adapted according to health protocols and also the readiness of teacher competencies in preparing various media, strategies, activities and games to facilitate learning both synchronously and asynchronously.

PENINGKATAN DAYA SAING ANAK-ANAK PESISIR MELALUI PENDIDIKAN DI DESA BILATO KECAMATAN BILATO KABUPATEN GORONTALO PROVINSI GORONTAL

Abstract
Sasaran program pengabdian KKN Tematik ini adalah Peningkatan Daya Saing Anak-Anak Pesisir Melalui Pendidikan Di Desa Bilato Kecamatan Bilato Kabupaten Gorontalo Provinsi Gorontalo. Program ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Meningkatkan kualitas wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan nilai dan sikap mahasiswa, (2) Memberikan kesempatan bagi mahasiswa untuk memberikan solusi atas masalah yang dialami masyarakat, (3) Meningkatkan produktifitas anak-anak pesisir menjadi pribadi yang unggul dan berdaya saing melalui metode pendidikan kreatif, (4) Mensosialisasikan dan melatihkan metode pendidikan kreatif, (5) Meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap kualitas mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Gorontalo.
Target yang dicapai melalui kegiatan ini adalah: (1) Terlaksananya program pendidikan bagi anak-anak pesisir yakni Workshop Inspiratif, Character Building Training, Belajar Baca dan Bermain, Pendirian Pusak Belajar Rakyat (PERAK), (2) Meningkatnya produktifitas anak-anak pesisir dalam mengelolah potensi sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki, (3) Menciptakan pusat pembelajaran kreatif bagi anak-anak pesisir oleh masyarakat. Luaran kegiatan ini berupa: (1) publikasi di Harian Gorontalo, (2) video kegiatan yang dipublikasikan di Youtube, dan (3) laporan wajib, (4) artikel ilmiah
Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut: (1) Persiapan: (a) menyiapkan administrasi dan perlengkapan mahasiswa peserta KKN Tematik (b) menyiapkan bahan-bahan dan peralatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pembekalan, (c) menyiapkan bahan-bahan dan peralatan yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan program kepada anak-anak pesisir; (2) Pembekalan: (a) menyiapkan administrasi untuk kegiatan pembekalan, (c) melaksanakan pelatihan program pembelajaran pendidikan, di mana keterampilan tersebut akan dgunakan dalam anak-anak pesisir, (c) Mengsosialisasikan kehidupan sosial kemasyarakatan dan nilai-nilai budaya masyarakat di lokasi KKN
