PENDAHULUAN

Identitas mahasiswa sebagai insan akademis dan insan sosial (Asbar, 2017) diperhadapkan dengan situasi dan kondisi perkuliahan, lingkungan kampus, serta lingkungan masyarakat di mana mahasiswa diharapkan mampu memiliki beragam keterampilan agar bisa mengelola potensi secara optimal dalam mengimplementasikan peran dan tanggung jawab selama menjalani masa studinya. 

Menurut (Muhlisa, 2014) banyak peran yang harus dijalankan oleh mahasiswa di antaranya; terlibat aktif dalam proses pembelajaran, memahami perkembangan Ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi dan mencari informasi langsung ke sumbernya, mampu mengkomunikasikan pengetahuan kepada pihak lain, mengembangkan belajar mandiri dan belajar kelompok, melaksanakan pembimbingan akademik secara berkala,melakukan evaluasi diri untuk mencapai kompetensi lulusan, berpartisipasi aktif dalam organisasi mahasiswa dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Oleh karenanya, jika melihat dari beberapa peran mahasiswa tersebut, dapat digolongkan ke dalam aktivitas yang membutuhkan kecakapan sosial, diantaranya penguasaan kompetensi komunikasi.

Abstract

The limited learning media also affects the efforts of teachers to develop student creativity. On the basis of this condition, it is deemed necessary to develop a creativity development video that can be used by teachers, so that education as an effort to develop student potential optimally can achieve the expected results. In addition to being a medium used by the teacher, the video is meant to be used by students independently. This study aims to produce videos as a medium of guidance and counseling for the development of creativity of junior high school students. This study uses development research based on the stages of research by Sugiono. This study uses a quisioner as a data collection technique. Research activities include: (1) identifying problems in the field related to creativity development activities carried out by junior high school teachers, (2) analyzing the substance of the activity, (4) developing the initial video design, (5) developing expert validation instruments on the initial video design that has been developed , (6) carry out expert validation and revisions, (7) carry out small group trials and revise the final product. This research and development has produced a creativity development video that has gone through expert validation and small group trials, in the sense that it is suitable for use by teachers as a medium in developing the creativity of junior high school students.

Abstract

This study is aims to describe of religious level by students who follow the organization. The study uses a quantitative descriptive study method. The withdrawal of samples in this research uses sampling, by cluster sampling techniques. The findings suggest that the religiosity of the student who attends the organization falls at a high rating of 28%, and a high category of 66%. This suggests that most research subjects have high religious levels. Therefore, effort is required for students who join the organization to maintain religiosity

Abstract

Bimbingan dan konseling sosial di sekolah memiliki tugas penting dalam mengoptimalkan kemampuan siswa, salah satu keterampilan sosial yaitu interaksi sosial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji hubungan pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konseling sosial dengan kemampuan interaksi sosial. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional dan angket sebagi instrumen pengumpul data. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa SMA Se Kota Gorontalo dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 180 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket tertutup dengan mengunakan model skala Likert. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Pearson Correlation. Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan nilai r = 0,536 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti bahwa terdapat hubungan pelaksanaan bimbingan konseling sosial secara signifikan terhadap interaksi sosial siswa, maka dengan ini hipotesis penelitian diterima.

Abstract

In order to organize learning during the new normal era, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, various suitable strategies are needed in order to create active, creative, and fun learning. Therefore, this study aims to determine the readiness of Early Childhood educators in conducting face-to-face learning (PTM) in the new academic year 2021/2022. A total of ten teachers and staff were invited to conduct interviews and fill out a questionnaire related to face-to-face learning. The results show that as many as the majority of teachers and staff are ready to welcome face-to-face learning which will start in the new academic year 2021/2022, as many as 9 out of 10 stated their readiness. This readiness is inseparable from the availability of facilities and infrastructure that are adapted according to health protocols and also the readiness of teacher competencies in preparing various media, strategies, activities and games to facilitate learning both synchronously and asynchronously.
